Yaneth Perea is a London-based specialist therapist with over 25 years of clinical experience across hospital and private practice settings.
Her clinical focus centres on lipoedema management and liposuction recovery, alongside lymphoedema, lymphatic drainage, and post-surgical aftercare. Her post-operative protocols address oedema reduction, fibrosis management, and scar care, complemented by a holistic approach to providing individually tailored guidance on nutrition, exercise, and longer-term rehabilitation. She works closely with plastic, aesthetic, vascular and orthopaedic surgeons to support patients throughout their recovery pathway. She regularly accepts referrals for UK-based patients returning from treatment overseas, and provides continuity of specialist care during the post-surgical recovery period, helping patients regain mobility, comfort, and overall quality of life.
Yaneth’s medical background includes working as a senior respiratory physiotherapist in hospital environments in her native Colombia, before also qualifying as a dental nurse, nutritionist, and MSK therapist in the UK, where she ran one of Central London’s leading multi-disciplinary MSK clinics for more than 10 years
